Job summary
Danos, LLC seeks an experienced E&I Technician to maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and commission electrical, instrumentation, and control systems across pipeline and terminal operations. You will work on 24 VDC to 480 VAC systems, field instrumentation, LACT units, tank gauging, and related equipment.
Responsibilities include commissioning, HMIs troubleshooting, and ensuring measurement accuracy using Flow-Cal and CMMS like Maximo, while adhering to safety practices and contributing to reliable
Qualifications
- 4+ years of hands-on E&I experience in pipeline/midstream/oil & gas environments.
- Experience as E&I Technician or field-based role.
- Strong troubleshooting/maintenance of electrical and instrumentation in operating facilities.
- Experience commissioning electrical/instrumentation/control systems.
- Experience troubleshooting HMIs and programming/config changes.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair electrical systems from 24 VDC to 480 VAC.
- Install, calibrate, test, and maintain field instrumentation (temperature/level transmitters, Coriolis meters, tank gauging).
- Maintain and troubleshoot LACT units, divert valves, and related instrumentation.
- Support commissioning/startup of electrical/instrumentation/control systems.
- Troubleshoot HMIs and perform programming/config changes as needed.
- Identify and resolve measurement issues using Flow-Cal or similar systems.
- Support troubleshooting of PLCs, SCADA, and automation.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to reduce downtime.
- Document maintenance activities in Maximo or similar CMMS.
- Coordinate with operations/maintenance following safety procedures.
