Marathon Petroleum Corporation in Carlsbad, New Mexico is seeking an I&E Technician to install, maintain, calibrate and troubleshoot instrumentation and electrical systems at our midstream sites. You will work 12-hour shifts including nights, weekends and holidays, supporting crude gathering stations, pipelines and gathering sites using meters, transmitters, sensors, PLCs, SCADA and related equipment.

Aufgaben

• Provides I & E support for assets such as crude gathering stations and pipelines.
• Installs, troubleshoots, maintains, repairs, and calibrates instrumentation (meters, transmitters, sensors, analyzers, data loggers, PLCs, DCS).
• Installs, troubleshoots, maintains, and repairs electrical equipment (motor control centers, generators, transformers, switches, relays, wiring, VFDs, UPS).
• Configures and programs industrial control systems; performs loops checks and testing.
• Maintains complete, accurate and regulatory-compliant documentation.
