Job summary

Pilgrim's is seeking an Instrumentation & Electrical Specialist 1-4 to troubleshoot electrical systems throughout the plant, help maintain electrical equipment through PM procedures, and assist in instituting new control systems.

You will research and develop better controls and electrical processes, track recurring problems and provide solutions, identify weaknesses, and train operators and maintenance technicians.

Qualifications

• Industrial electrical experience and ability to read schematics.
• PLC coding/troubleshooting experience.
• Ability to train operators and maintenance technicians on operations and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Preferable3-5 yearsdocumentedexperience.

The selection process is based on a panel interview, a series of standardized and/or hands on testing issued by the company/third party testing facility. This is aprogressionaryposition; level 3 must be achieved by18 monthsfromstartdate.
