As an I&E Project Manager, you will develop project plans, manage budgets, coordinate stakeholders, and ensure scope, schedule, and quality goals are met. Domestic travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in project management, IT/engineering focus.
• Experience leading cross-functional IT/engineering projects.
• Proficiency with PM tools and Agile/Waterfall methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed project plans, work breakdown structures, timelines, milestones and deliverables.
• Define scope, objectives, and success criteria for IT/engineering projects.
• Allocate and manage budgets, personnel, and technical resources; monitor costs and adjust allocations.
• Lead cross-functional teams (IT, engineering, operations) and external vendors; assign tasks, monitor performance, and resolve issues.
• Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Track project progress against milestones and KPIs; prepare status reports and change requests.
• Serve as primary liaison between internal teams, clients, and management.
