Job summary

Optimized Process Designs (OPD), a Koch Engineered Solutions company, seeks an I&E Project Lead to own the Electrical, Instrumentation & Controls scope for EPC projects from development through startup at our Katy, TX headquarters.

You will drive execution across engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning, balancing cost, schedule, quality, and client objectives while leading cross-functional teams and mentoring engineers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
• Experience leading engineering work in industrial facilities and capital projects.
• Ability to coordinate multi-disciplinary teams and manage scope.

Responsibilities

• Serve as technical lead and execution owner for I&E on EPC projects from proposal to startup.
• Develop project estimates, scope definitions, and execution plans.
• Lead I&E execution to meet cost, quality, safety, and schedule goals.
• Coordinate engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning activities.
