Job summary

Formentera Operations LLC is seeking an I&E Foreman to lead instrumentation, electrical, controls, measurement, and automation across our South Texas assets. You will scope projects, size electrical loads, coordinate PME services, manage budgets, oversee construction, and perform commissioning activities for facility and pipeline projects.

Responsibilities include leading field teams, programming and testing PLC/RTU/SCADA systems, ensuring regulatory compliance, and delivering timely project

Qualifications

• Minimum 7+ years of instrumentation, electrical, controls, automation, or related oil and gas operations.
• Minimum 3+ years of leadership experience overseeing I&E technicians, contractors, or project execution activities.
• Strong working knowledge of electrical systems, instrumentation, PLCs, RTUs, SCADA systems, and measurement equipment.

Responsibilities

• Provide I&E leadership for facilities, compressors, pipelines, SWDs, and related infrastructure.
• Install, troubleshoot, calibrate, and commission instrumentation and control systems including meters, sensors, PLCs, RTUs, and SCADA.
• Review drawings, develop electrical loads, perform loop checks, and ensure regulatory compliance and safety.
• Oversee I&E contractors during construction, commissioning, and startup, ensuring quality, cost control, and schedule adherence.
• Maintain documentation, cost estimates, and project status updates for management.
