• Equipment Reliability: provide maintenance support to the unit to ensure smooth operation and high-quality products.
• Maintenance Performance: establish equipment criticality and maintain historical files for diagnostics.
• Maintenance Support: assist Operations to ensure environmental and safety compliance and scheduling training.
• Lead and Facilitate: review abnormalities to improve unit performance and plant reliability.
