Job summary

Rwdy-Inc is seeking an Instrumentation and Controls Lead II to oversee engineering for upstream/unconventional projects in the Midland Basin. The role includes supervising contractors and maintaining standard designs to ensure safety and reliability.

The ideal candidate has a strong I&E/Instrumentation and Controls background, a solid engineering foundation, and the ability to review electrical diagrams and low-voltage components rated 480V or less.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher in Electrical/Mechanical Eng. or equivalent.
• Experience in upstream/unconventional projects and contractor oversight.
• Ability to review instrument indexes, datasheets, P&IDs and control narratives.
• Familiar with ISA datasheets and hardware specifications.
• Proficiency with SAP, Excel analytics, and Tableau.

Responsibilities

• Define scope of pre-commissioning and commissioning activities.
• Assign workloads and manage progress reporting for Instrumentation scope.
• Review and implement standards and procedures including man-hour and cost estimates.
• Support centralized engineering services for existing units and new projects.
• Review AT procedures and adjust commissioning scope based on AT outcomes.
• Develop, track, and adjust the commissioning execution schedule.
