Job summary

EMCOR Group, Inc. in Hobbs, NM seeks a PLC and HMI programmer to troubleshoot, maintain, and upgrade process control systems in oil and gas facilities. You will program and configure VFDs and related devices, configure communications, and support commissioning and P2P checkouts.

The role requires experience with Allen-Bradley PLCs, HMI systems, and industrial protocols (Ethernet/IP, Modbus, TCP, HART). On-site work in challenging environments with safety focus.

Qualifications

• Experience with Allen Bradley PLC and HMI programming.
• Understanding of industrial protocols: Ethernet/IP, Modbus, TCP, HART.
• Solid grasp of electrical theory and circuitry.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, maintain, and upgrade process control systems.
• Configure communication devices and protocol converters.
• Commissioning and P2P checkouts for oil & gas facilities.
• Report to NES manager and customer PIC for daily tasks and scheduling.

Job Summary

PLC and HMI programming and integration. Troubleshoot, maintain, and upgrade process control systems. Program and configure various VFDs, pressure, level, flow, temperature and associated process control devices. Configure communication devices and protocol converters. Commisioning and P2P checkouts for oil & gas facilities.
