Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) in Butler County, PA, to provide one-on-one care for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. You will support clients in building confidence, everyday skills, and promoting independence at home.

Compensation & Schedule

• Up to $19/hr.
• Flexible scheduling with a variety of shifts and locations
• Short commute times—we aim to place you within 30 minutes of home
• Mileage reimbursement options available

What We’re Looking For

• 1+ year of experience supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities
• High school diploma or equivalent (18+)
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts and locations
• Reliable transportation and ability to drive clients to activities
• Willingness to travel between clients within your assigned area
