Job summary

Luminant Generation Company LLC is seeking an I&C Tech II to maintain instrumentation and control systems for the Luminant generation fleet. The role requires safe, reliable operation and adherence to procedures, with participation in routine and emergency maintenance, including weekends and holidays.

You will calibrate and troubleshoot field instrumentation, learn to use Maximo for work orders, and contribute to project design and implementation in a team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• High School education or GED is required.
• 1 year as I&C or 2 years related work experience are required.
• Experience from college programs or certifications is applicable.

Responsibilities

• Maintain instrumentation and control systems for safe, reliable operation.
• Calibrate, troubleshoot and maintain plant instrumentation including transmitters and valves.
• Work with operations to perform routine and emergency maintenance, including weekends and holidays.
• Enter work requests (WRs) and purchase requests (PRs) into Maximo.
• Assist in design/implementation of O&M and capital projects.
