Based in Boise, you will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, develop P&IDs and data sheets, size instruments, and support construction through commissioning and startup, requiring 4+ years of experience and

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering from an ABET-accredited university.
4+ years of instrumentation and controls experience.
Working knowledge of PLC- and SCADA-based control systems, instrumentation, and process controls.
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively on multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

Design instrumentation, control, and automation systems for industrial facilities.
Prepare P&IDs, wiring diagrams, and related design documentation.
Perform instrument and control valve sizing and develop equipment data sheets.
Develop control narratives and sequences of operation.
Review vendor submittals and coordinate with multidisciplinary project teams.
Support construction, startup, commissioning, and client technical discussions.
