Job summary

Intuitive is a pioneer in robotic-assisted surgery, driving minimally invasive care with over 25 years of experience. This role provides onsite and remote consulting and educational initiatives to maintain best practice solutions for medical devices.

You will collaborate with hospitals and Intuitive partners to ensure successful program launches and ongoing optimization, traveling as needed to support customers in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• B.S./B.A. degree or equivalent biomedical training with 5+ years of healthcare/hospital management experience.
• Fluent in English, German and French.

• Provide onsite and remote consulting and educational initiatives to maintain medical device best practice solutions.
• Work closely with hospital key stakeholders and Intuitive partners to ensure successful program launch and optimization.

• Detailed knowledge of regulations and standards for reprocessing of reusable medical devices.

Requirements:

• Fluent in English, German and French.
• Ability to travel overnight up to 70% and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
