Qualifications

• Minimum of 1-2 years’ Service Technician experience required.
• Audi Service Technician experience preferred.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds.
• Completion of technical training school or factory apprentice program.

Responsibilities

• Receive repair or service jobs from dispatcher or advisor.
• Perform diagnoses and report required work.
• Review vehicle history and factory bulletins for campaigns.
• Make notes of proposed work and parts needed.
• Complete authorized repairs and document results.
• Inform stakeholders when job is complete and note any follow-up work.
