Job summary

The Ed Napleton Automotive Group is seeking an Automotive Service Technician with Hyundai or KIA certification to repair and maintain vehicles at the Carmel location. You will diagnose issues, perform repairs to dealership and factory standards, and communicate clearly with customers and staff to build trust and loyalty.

Qualifications

• Automotive Service Technician experience required.
• KIA or Hyundai Certification is highly desirable.
• ASE certification desirable.

Responsibilities

• Perform vehicle repair and maintenance per repair order and factory standards.
• Communicate with Parts Department and Service Advisors to manage production and customer communication.
• Diagnose causes of malfunctions and perform repairs.
• Explain diagnoses and repairs to customers and colleagues clearly.
• Stay updated with factory bulletins and participate in training.
• Keep a clean and organized work area.
