Qualifications

• Recognized coaching or personal training certification.
• Hands-on knowledge of Hyrox format, standards, and race strategy.
• Strong foundation in strength training, energy-system conditioning, and running mechanics.
• Ability to scale a session for beginners and elites alike.
• Excellent communication and a coaching presence people trust.

Responsibilities

• Design Hyrox-specific training blocks focusing on running, transitions, and pace.
• Coach athletes through the full race with multiple events (SkiErg, sled, wall balls, rowing, carries).
• Prepare athletes for Open, Pro, Doubles, and Relay divisions across experience levels.
• Build technique, work capacity, and mental grit to hold pace under fatigue.
• Foster a community that keeps people engaged and returning with friends.
