- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver resources and support pull-through activities within the territory

What is Required (Qualifications):

- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in a specialty sales environment, preferably in rare disease and injectables
- Experience working with complex distribution systems and patient services in a HUB environment
- Proven history of strong performance in a sales role, particularly in new product launches
- Valid driver's license and a safe driving record; overnight travel required

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in adult endocrinology disease state preferred
- Ability to work in an ambiguous and changing environment; start-up experience preferred
- Demonstrated ability to develop a successful business plan based on customer and patient needs
- Proven ability to analyze data and assess progress against sales objectives
- Experience establishing new customer relationships and communicating technical information effectively
