Castelion Corporation in the United States seeks a hands-on Mechanical Assembly, Integration & Test Lead to own the assembly, integration, and testing of long-range hypersonic strike vehicles. Lead end-to-end vehicle integration from prototypes through qualification and production, establishing processes, tooling, and rigor for repeatable flight-hardware builds.

The ideal candidate combines deep mechanical judgment with knowledge of electrical, avionics, propulsion, and structural interfaces.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, aerospace engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years in aerospace/defense hardware with vehicle integration experience.
• Experience leading hands-on assembly, integration, and test activities.

Responsabilités

• Own assembly, integration, and mechanical test processes for long-range vehicle builds.
• Define integration strategies, build sequences, and readiness criteria.
• Lead fault isolation and cross‑disciplinary issue resolution with engineers.
