Job summary

Qualcomm Technologies, Inc. is seeking an experienced SoC Security Architect to design and implement security architectures for next-generation datacenter-level SoCs.

The role focuses on confidential computing platforms, trust boundaries, and secure boot, with collaboration across hardware, firmware, and software teams. The ideal candidate has strong experience in SoC security architecture, threat modeling, and security requirements development, and will drive security across lifecycle states

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 6+ years of Hardware/Software/Systems Engineering experience.
• Master's degree with 5+ years of Hardware/Software/Systems Engineering experience.
• PhD with 4+ years of Hardware/Software/Systems Engineering experience.

Responsibilities

• Define SoC and system-level security architecture for confidential computing platforms, including trust boundaries and isolation domains.
• Architect platform root-of-trust strategy and chain-of-trust across boot, runtime, attestation, and update flows.
• Define security architecture for cryptographic services, key lifecycle management, identity, provisioning, and anti-rollback protections.
