Job summary

Actalent in El Paso, TX is seeking a Traveling Superintendent to support a confidential hyperscale AI data center construction program spanning multiple campuses. The role leads site development through turnover, coordinating structural, civil, and MEP activities across large field teams.

You will manage trade partners, safety and quality, energization and commissioning, and travel to project sites with a competitive base salary, per diem, vehicle allowance, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience with hyperscale data centers and mission critical facilities.
• Large-scale project coordination and management experience.
• Ability to manage safety, quality, schedule, and productivity on complex builds.
• Experience with energy infrastructure, power distribution, and commissioning.
