Job summary

Oracle is seeking a Data Center Design Manager in Nashville to lead the planning, coordination, and review of complex MEP design packages for hyperscale data center projects. You will partner with architects, engineers, and consultants to ensure OCI standards are met and projects stay on schedule.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in engineering or architecture and at least 4 years of data center experience, with strong knowledge of MEP systems and BIM/CAD tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in architecture or engineering required; PE/RA is a plus.
• 4+ years supporting data center or mission-critical facility design.
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems and large-scale technical building planning.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Proficient with BIM/CAD tools and design documentation processes.

Responsibilities

• Support full design lifecycle for data center projects including planning and design reviews.
• Coordinate design schedules and deliverables with consultants and internal teams.
• Review consultant packages (SD, DD, IFC) for OCI standards.
• Collaborate with construction, operations, and network teams.
• Assist with due diligence for leases and greenfield opportunities.
• Identify risks and drive issue resolution with senior design leads.
• Provide QA/QC on submissions and maintain documentation standards.
• Participate in internal design reviews and workshops.
• Maintain internal design templates and standards.
