Qualifications

• Must have 5 years’ experience in a construction leadership role.
• 3 years’ experience on Mission Critical Data Centers for large hyperscale projects.
• Valid Driver’s License is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead project kickoff meetings and define schedules.
• Maintain regular updates with clients and subcontractors.
• Assume responsibility for the multi-million dollar project budget.
• Ensure all equipment and materials are ordered before the project starts.
• Oversee workforce scheduling and performance management.
• Track milestones and manage change orders.
