Job summary

Oracle Corporation seeks a Principal Data Center Construction Manager for Shackelford, TX, to lead field execution of hyperscale AI data center builds. Role requires 85–95% site engagement, relocation-ready candidates, and no remote option. Oracle offers relocation packages and a comprehensive benefits program.

The role supports daily construction activities, coordinating contractors, tracking progress, and ensuring safety, quality, and turnover readiness in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience supporting construction execution on large-scale, complex projects.
• Experience in data centers or other technically complex construction environments.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, specs, schedules, and turnover docs.
• Strong safety, quality, and turnover readiness knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Support daily construction execution for assigned buildings and scopes.
• Coordinate with general contractors, subcontractors, foremen, and trade partners.
• Monitor field progress, manpower, productivity, and sequencing.
• Ensure activities align with schedules, milestones, and turnover priorities.
• Identify and help resolve field risks, conflicts, and constraints.
• Reinforce onsite safety through active field presence.
• Support quality verification and reduce rework.
• Track punch lists, turnover readiness, and startup support.
