Qualifications
7+ years managing hyperscale, semiconductor or mission-critical construction projects.
Deep knowledge of CSA and MEP construction phases, procurement workflows, and cost controls.
OSHA 30 (or equivalent) and strong familiarity with NFPA 70E.
Responsibilities
Own day-to-day site execution for GPU data-center builds.
Orchestrate contractors, trades, and vendors.
Build and execute integrated schedules covering design, procurement, construction, and commissioning.
