Qualifications

• Degree in EE/CS/Physics or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in Solutions Engineering or AI-related fields.
• Passion for enhancing customer experience.
• Proficiency in AI, ML and HPC applications.
• Knowledge of PCIe, networking and their impact on AI performance.
• Experience benchmarking AI systems including GPU multi-node setups.
• Strong independent work and multitasking ability.
• Excellent communication to act as trusted advisor.

Responsibilities

• Develop and demonstrate AI software and hardware solutions with Hyperscalers.
• Build customers’ trust and understand their unique needs.
• Be the go-to technical resource for customers building complex infrastructure.
• Help them understand performance characteristics for the best solution.
• Partner with Sales/DR/Product to identify and secure opportunities.
• Conduct technical meetings for project/product details and debugging.
• Develop PoC solutions for critical business needs.
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations and workshops.
