Job summary

The N2 Company seeks Area Directors to launch, grow, and lead a Stroll publication in your local market. You’ll build partnerships with local business owners, feature residents, and grow a recurring revenue stream, with a clear launch plan and first-month territory setup.

This hybrid role combines in-person relationship building with work from a home office, offering freedom to shape your schedule and income while building a trusted community presence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• US resident or eligible to work in the US.
• Ability to operate a home-based business with local community engagement.

Responsibilities

• Meet with local business owners to build long-term advertising partnerships.
• Help local businesses reach homeowners in neighborhoods served.
• Connect with residents to capture authentic stories reflecting the community.
• Manage territory, sales pipeline, and publication operations using N2 tools and processes.
• Partner with N2's national team for design, production, training, and support.
• Lead your publication's growth as the face of Stroll in your market.
