Qualifications

• Must hold Ohio Licensed Practical Nurse licensure.
• Must possess LPN/NAPNES, OOPNE, or State Board of Nursing card prior to meds administration.
• Ambulatory care experience preferred.
• RQI compliance required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in patient preparation for treatment.
• Reinforce education related to hyperbaric therapy.
• Maintain accurate patient records for treatments.
• Follow directions from Program Director, Medical Director, and Clinical Nurse Manager.
• Operate hyperbaric chamber and assist with system maintenance.
• Support wound care data entry and charting.
• Participate in safety and accreditation activities.
• Maintain competencies and required certifications.

Education

Licensed Practical Nurse licensure (OH)

LPN/NAPNES or OOPNE certification
