Restore Hyper Wellness in North Naples is seeking an enthusiastic Hyper Wellness Representative to greet clients, guide service selections, and drive bookings for our wellness offerings. You will educate clients on benefits, manage the booking flow, and support a welcoming, safe store environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and assist with Restore wellness services.
• Assist clients over phone, manage voicemails, and handle booking flow.
• Onboard new clients: waive medical forms and create profiles in POS.
• Conduct tours and upsell service packages and memberships.
• Educate clients on services, benefits, precautions, and at-home care.
• Perform opening and closing procedures.
• Maintain a safe, clean environment for guests and staff.
• Be a Restore product expert and brand ambassador.
• Represent core values and Restore lifestyle in daily work.
• Foster an engaging store culture with team involvement.

Key Roles of a Restore Hyper Wellness Representative

• Greeting clients and assisting them with Restore’s wellness services
• Helping clients over the phone, returning important voicemails, and facilitating the booking, scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellation process
• Onboarding new clients - this involves completing medical waivers and creating profiles in our point-of-sale system
• Conducting tours and selling service packages and memberships
• Educating clients on Restore services, including medical benefits, precautions, and at-home care
• Performing opening and closing procedures
• Maintain a safe, clean and secure environment for all guests and employees
• Serve as an expert on Restore products and services
• Represent the brand by embodying Restore’s core values and acting in alignment with the mission and vision of Restore Hyper Wellness and the Hyper Wellness® lifestyle
• Create a fun and engaging store culture by ensuring every team member is involved, valued and recognized for his/her contributions.

• You’re driven to meet monthly, quarterly and annual financial goals for yourself and your team.
• You get joy and fulfillment from helping people feel better and live healthier lifestyles
• You place importance on ethics and integrity and exhibit this every day.
• You either hold or are working toward a degree in kinesiology, exercise science, personal training, or a related field in the wellness space
