Restore Hyper Wellness in Estero, FL is seeking an energetic Hyper Wellness Representative to greet clients, explain services, onboard new customers by completing waivers and creating profiles in our POS, and drive bookings. You will be the face of the location, delivering a warm, high-quality customer experience and promoting service packages and memberships.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and assist with Restore’s wellness services.
• Handle phone inquiries, voicemails, and manage bookings, rescheduling and cancellations.
• Onboard new clients by completing medical waivers and creating POS profiles.
• Conduct tours and sell service packages and memberships.
• Educate clients on services, benefits, precautions and at-home care.
• Perform opening and closing procedures and maintain a safe environment.
• Serve as an expert on Restore products and services.
• Represent the brand and uphold Restore’s values and mission.

Key Roles of a Restore Hyper Wellness Representative

• Greeting clients and assisting them with Restore’s wellness services
• Helping clients over the phone, returning important voicemails, and facilitating the booking, scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellation process
• Onboarding new clients - this involves completing medical waivers and creating profiles in our point-of-sale system
• Conducting tours and selling service packages and memberships
• Educating clients on Restore services, including medical benefits, precautions, and at-home care
• Performing opening and closing procedures
• Maintain a safe, clean and secure environment for all guests and employees
• Serve as an expert on Restore products and services
• Represent the brand by embodying Restore’s core values and acting in alignment with the mission and vision of Restore Hyper Wellness and the Hyper Wellness® lifestyle
• Create a fun and engaging store culture by ensuring every team member is involved, valued and recognized for his/her contributions

• You love the sales process and have a proven track record of B2B sales.
• You’re passionate about fitness, athletic achievement and general health and wellness.
• Your verbal and written communication skills are on point.
• You’re a numbers person and can deliver action plans based on key metrics.
• You embrace a supportive leadership role and are also a strong team player.
• You’re driven to meet monthly, quarterly and annual financial goals for yourself and your team.
• You get joy and fulfillment from helping people feel better and live healthier lifestyles
• You place importance on ethics and integrity and exhibit this every day.
• You either hold or are working toward a degree in kinesiology, exercise science, personal training, or a related field in the wellness space
