Job summary

Restore Hyper Wellness is seeking a friendly Wellness Representative at our Northbrook location to greet clients, explain services, and help with bookings. You will onboard new clients, conduct store tours, and promote memberships while maintaining a welcoming, clean environment.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in retail customer service and a passion for health and wellness. Strong communication and teamwork will help you thrive in our fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience in a retail setting.
• Interest or background in health and wellness to connect with clients.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and assist with Restore wellness services.
• Assist clients over the phone, manage voicemails, and handle bookings/scheduling.
• Onboard new clients by completing waivers and creating profiles in POS.
• Conduct tours and upsell service packages and memberships.
• Educate clients on products, benefits, precautions, and at‑home care.
• Perform opening and closing procedures; maintain a safe, clean environment.
• Be a product expert and represent Restore’s brand and values.

Key Roles of a Restore Hyper Wellness Representative

• Greeting clients and assisting them with Restore’s wellness services
• Helping clients over the phone, returning important voicemails, and facilitating the booking, scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellation process
• Onboarding new clients - this involves completing medical waivers and creating profiles in our point-of-sale system
• Conducting tours and selling service packages and memberships
• Educating clients on Restore services, including medical benefits, precautions, and at‑home care
• Performing opening and closing procedures
• Maintain a safe, clean and secure environment for all guests and employees
• Serve as an expert on Restore products and services
• Represent the brand by embodying Restore’s core values and acting in alignment with the mission and vision of Restore Hyper Wellness and the Hyper Wellness lifestyle
• Create a fun and engaging store culture by ensuring every team member is involved, valued and recognized for his/her contributions

Qualities You Need to Succeed as a Restore Hyper Wellness Representative

• You’re passionate about health and wellness
• You have at least one year of customer service experience in a retail environment. Hot tip - While Restore is technically a retail operation, we don’t have a retail vibe.
• Communication and collaboration are some of your strong suits
• You either hold or are working toward a degree in kinesiology, exercise science, personal training, or a related field
