Job summary

Bourbon Family Dentistry in Paris, KY is seeking a passionate Dental Hygienist to join our small, family-oriented practice on a part-time basis. The role includes dental prophylaxis, radiographs, and patient education, with a supportive team focused on high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Preferably 1 year of experience as a dental hygienist.
• X-Ray & CPR Certification.
• Associate degree or vocational program in dental hygiene; State license required.

Responsibilities

• Promote dental health and collaborate with our dentist to manage the oral health of our patients.
• Perform dental prophylaxis, oral cancer screenings, obtain radiographs, and chart findings.
• Educate patients on oral health practices and proper techniques, making a real difference in their lives.
• Maintain and select the best instruments for dental hygiene treatment, ensuring top-quality care.
• Complete dental prophylaxis, detect disease, and apply cavity-preventing agents and dental sealants.
