• Educate patients on proper brushing, flossing, and long-term oral hygiene habits
• Provide nutritional and lifestyle guidance related to oral health
• Review and update medical histories and patient records
• Collaborate with the dentist on treatment planning
• Document clinical findings accurately in patient management software (e.g., Dentrix, Eaglesoft)

The ideal candidate is passionate about preventive care, skilled in clinical procedures, and committed to building strong patient relationships. You will play a key role in promoting oral health and supporting the overall treatment plan for each patient.

Key Responsibilities

Clinical Care & Preventive Treatment

• Perform dental cleanings (prophylaxis), periodontal scaling, and root planing

• Maintain strict adherence to OSHA, CDC, and HIPAA guidelines
• Clean, sterilize, and prepare instruments and treatment rooms
