Job summary

Vadental, a general dentist office in Central Virginia, seeks a skilled dental hygienist to join our team. We offer a new building with state-of-the-art equipment, including digital x-rays, paperless office, and a 4-5 day work week.

Compensation is $55/hr depending on experience, plus uniform allowance, 401k and health insurance, PTO and a $5,000 sign-on bonus. You will perform cleanings, take and develop x-rays, administer local anesthesia, educate patients, and maintain records.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Dental Hygienist preferred.
• Proficiency in Eaglesoft or similar dental practice management software.
• Strong knowledge of dental anatomy and oral health conditions.
• Understanding of infection control procedures in a dental setting.
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and patient privacy practices.

Responsibilities

• Perform dental cleanings and oral examinations.
• Take and develop dental x-rays.
