Job summary

Smile is seeking an entry level Hygiene Assistant for a full-time role at our Aurora office. The position supports providers in a fast-paced dental practice, with opportunities for career growth and a supportive team environment.

The ideal candidate is a team player who is eager to learn, with patient-centered service and a passion for dentistry. Schedule Monday–Friday 11am–6pm; pay ranges from $21–$24 hourly, depends on experience.

Qualifications

• Previous hygiene assisting and/or dental assisting experience preferred.
• Completion of dental assistant program
• Xray certification
• Reliable dependable support to providers and teammates
• Positive team oriented attitude
• Knowledge of Dental terminology
• Patient centered mindset with excellent customer service skills
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Ability to thrive in fast pace clinical environment
• Adaptable and open to feedback/coaching
• Self motivated and proactive
