Job summary

Welo Data, part of Welocalize, is seeking a Session Director to support live, supervised voice recording sessions for a multilingual AI project in Spanish (Peru). You’ll facilitate recordings, provide real-time participant coaching, and monitor technical quality to ensure natural, authentic outputs that meet project specs.

This is a freelance remote role with approximately 8 hours of calibration plus two recording sessions of about 4 hours each per participant.

Qualifications

• Native-level fluency in Spanish (Peru).
• Experience facilitating recording sessions and coaching participants for natural delivery.
• Comfortable managing real-time technical quality monitoring during live sessions.
• Available to support sessions running approximately 4 hours each.

• Comfortable managing real-time technical quality monitoring (file format, recording specifications) during live sessions

• Available to support sessions running approximately 4 hours each

Commitment & Compensation

• Estimated time:Approximately 8hours calibration, plus supervision across two recording sessions of ~4 hours each per participant

• Compensation: $55.00 USD per hour
