Qualifications

• Valid CDL Class A or B required.
• CPR/First Aid and OSHA 10 certification preferred.
• Experience driving a manual transmission (10-18 speed) preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% and work variable shifts.
• Must be able to lift, push, pull 50+ pounds and handle manual labor in varying weather.
• Prior hydrovac equipment operations or related industrial experience preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years old.

Responsibilities

• Operate hydrovac equipment using high-pressure water and vacuum to dig precisely.
• Uncover utilities and support construction projects on site.
• Maintain safety and efficiency on active job sites.
• Contribute to overall project timelines and quality standards.
