Badger Infrastructure Solutions is seeking a Hydrovac Operator to handle high-pressure water and vacuum systems for precise digging and utility exposure on construction sites in Supply, NC. You will work on-site with a safety-forward team and contribute to essential infrastructure projects.

The role offers $30.00 per hour and opportunities for pay increases and career advancement, with comprehensive benefits and overtime potential. Travel up to 25% may be required.

Qualifikationen

• Valid Class A or B CDL required.
• CPR/First Aid, Fall Protection and OSHA 10 preferred.
• Experience driving manual transmission (10-18 speed).
• Willing to travel up to 25%.
• Able to lift/push/pull 50+ lbs and perform manual labor outdoors.
• Prior hydrovac operations or related industrial experience preferred.

Aufgaben

• Operate hydrovac equipment in diverse environments, including confined spaces.
• Drive hydrovac trucks (10-15% of work time).
• Attend safety meetings.
• Inspect and perform minor repairs on hydrovac equipment.
• Set up safety measures and address hazards in work areas.
• Document and report all Badger, Federal, State, and customer paperwork accurately.
