Badger Infrastructure Solutions is seeking a Hydrovac Operator in Texas to operate high-pressure water and vacuum systems, dig accurately, and uncover utilities for diverse construction projects. You will join a safety-focused team and contribute to essential infrastructure work.

The role offers $30.00 per hour plus based on experience, with opportunities for pay increases and career advancement within a growth-focused company.

Qualifications

Must have CDL Class A or B.
CPR/First Aid, Fall Protection and OSHA 10 certifications preferred.
Experience driving a manual transmission (10-18 speed) without automatic restrictions preferred.
Able to travel up to 25%.
Must be able to lift, push, pull 50+ pounds and withstand manual labor in varying weather.
Prior hydrovac equipment operations or related industrial experience preferred.
Must be at least 21 years old.

Responsibilities

Operate hydrovac equipment to dig precisely and efficiently and uncover utilities.
Support construction projects with safe excavation practices.
Maintain safety and equipment readiness for daily operations.
