Job summary

Badger Infrastructure Solutions is seeking a Hydrovac Operator in Minot, North Dakota. You will operate hydrovac equipment using high-pressure water and vacuum systems to dig trench lines, uncover utilities, and support construction projects on-site.

Requires a valid CDL (Class A or B) and a commitment to safety. You may travel up to 25% and will participate in safety meetings, inspect equipment, and document work accurately.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A or B CDL required.
• CPR/First Aid, Fall Protection and OSHA 10 certification preferred.
• Experience driving a manual transmission (10-18 speed) preferred.
• Willing to travel up to 25%.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Physical ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in varying weather.

Responsibilities

• Operate hydrovac equipment in various environments, including confined spaces.
• Drive hydrovac trucks (10-15% of work time).
• Attend safety meetings.
• Perform routine inspections and minor repairs of the hydrovac equipment.
• Prepare work areas with safety measures and hazard controls.
• Document and report all Badger, Federal, State, and Customer paperwork accurately.
