Badger Infrastructure Solutions is seeking a Hydrovac Operator to join our on-site team in Georgia. You will use high-pressure water and vacuum systems to dig precisely, uncover utilities, and support essential infrastructure projects.

The role requires strict safety practices, physical stamina for field work, and flexibility to work variable shifts with potential travel. Competitive pay starts at $30.00 per hour with room for growth based on experience.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Class A or B CDL.
• CPR/First Aid, Fall Protection and OSHA 10 certification (preferred).
• Experience driving a manual transmission (10-18 speed) without automatic restrictions (preferred).
• Ability to work variable shifts with extended hours.
• Must be willing to travel up to 25%.
• Must be able to lift, push, pull 50+ pounds and have the physical stamina for manual labor in varying weather conditions.
• Prior hydrovac equipment operations or related industrial experience (preferred).
• Must be at least 21 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Operate hydrovac equipment with high-pressure water and vacuum systems.
• Dig precisely and uncover utilities for construction projects.
• Follow safety procedures and wear PPE at all times.
