Badger Infrastructure Solutions is seeking a Hydrovac Operator to safely excavate using high-pressure water and vacuum systems. You will dig precisely, uncover utilities, and support construction projects while prioritizing safety and efficiency.

Starting at $30.00 per hour with room to grow based on experience, this full-time role offers weekly pay, medical and retirement benefits, and opportunities for career advancement within a safety-focused team.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Class A or B CDL.
• CPR/First Aid, Fall Protection and OSHA 10 certification (preferred).
• Experience driving a manual transmission (10-18 speed) without automatic restrictions (preferred).
• Able to work variable shifts with extended hours.
• Willing to travel up to 25%.
• Lift/push/pull 50+ pounds and endure manual labor in varying weather.
• Prior hydrovac equipment operations or related industrial experience (preferred).
• Must be at least 21 years old.

Responsibilities

• Operate hydrovac equipment using high-pressure water and vacuum systems.
• Dig safely and efficiently to uncover utilities for construction projects.
• Contribute to infrastructure work with a strong emphasis on safety and accuracy.
