Badger Infrastructure Solutions is seeking a Hydrovac Operator in Charleston, SC. You will operate high-pressure water and vacuum systems to excavate and expose utilities, supporting various construction projects while prioritizing safety and efficiency.

The role offers $30.00 per hour with opportunities for pay increases and career advancement. You will work with a safety-focused team, receive PPE, and participate in ongoing training and certifications as needed.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A or B CDL
• CPR/First Aid, Fall Protection and OSHA 10 certification (preferred)
• Experience driving a manual transmission (10-18 speed) without automatic restrictions (preferred)
• Ability to work variable shifts with extended hours
• Must be willing to travel up to 25%
• Must be able to lift, push, pull 50+ pounds and have the physical stamina for manual labor in varying weather conditions
• Prior hydrovac equipment operations or related industrial experience (preferred)
• Must be at least 21 years of age

Responsibilities

• Operate hydrovac equipment to dig and uncover utilities with high-pressure water and vacuum systems.
• Contribute to construction projects while maintaining safety and efficiency.
• Perform pre-job checks, fuel, and equipment maintenance as required.
