Badger Infrastructure Solutions is seeking a Hydrovac Operator in New York. You will operate hydrovac equipment to dig precisely, uncover utilities, and support construction projects in a safety-focused team environment.

The role requires a valid CDL, manual transmission experience, and a willingness to travel up to 25%. Union wages and benefits are discussed with the Branch Manager; starting rate: $57.19/hour.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL required (Class A or B).
• CPR/First Aid and OSHA 10 preferred.
• Experience driving manual transmission (10–18 speed) preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.
• Must be able to lift/push/pull 50+ pounds and endure manual labor in varying weather.

Responsabilités

• Operate hydrovac equipment using high-pressure water and vacuum to dig precisely and safely.
• Uncover utilities and support construction projects.
• Maintain a safety-focused approach and work as part of a collaborative team.
