Job summary

AIMS Companies is seeking motivated Operators for its Mining Division in Arizona. This full-time role involves operating and maintaining vacuum and hydro excavation trucks across Phoenix and surrounding areas, with duties including potholing, trenching, and utility line work.

Candidates should be at least 21, hold a valid driver's license, be able to communicate in English, and pass pre-employment drug and background checks. Travel will be required as part of a two-person crew.)

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to communicate in English (verbal and written).
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• CPR and First Aid Training.

Responsibilities

• Operate hydro excavation trucks for potholing, trenching, tunneling, locating utility lines, subsurface utility engineering and cleaning.
• Manage water pressure of 3000psi.
• Complete paperwork, forms, enter service tickets and records as needed.
• Follow all safety policies and procedures per MSHA requirements.
• Follow local and federal DOT Regulations while operating machinery and vehicles.
• Maintain good communication with other employees and customers.
• Work as part of a 2-man crew.
• Be willing to travel.
