Job summary

Consolidated Resource, LLC in Colorado is seeking a qualified Hydrovac Operator or CDL driver to support a wide range of daily tasks across our field operations.

This role involves operating high-pressure water equipment, performing basic maintenance, following safety protocols, and coordinating with crews.

Ideal candidates will have a valid CDL, be able to lift up to 50 pounds, and work effectively in dynamic environments; compensation varies by project and experience.

Qualifications

• Must pass pre-employment drug and alcohol screening.
• Arrive promptly and on time.
• Follow instructions while unsupervised.
• Work proficiently with tools and equipment.
• Willing to work with others with a positive attitude.
• Capable of clearly communicating ideas and problems.

Responsibilities

• Operate high pressure power washing equipment.
• Support crews when equipment operation isn’t the primary task.
• Lift/carry heavy objects up to 50 lb.
• Use hand and power tools proficiently.
• Perform general construction and excavation tasks.
• Operate various heavy equipment as required for the role.
• Lead crew safely in the supervisor's absence.
• Mentor and train other operators on advanced equipment.
