Job summary

NG Companies seeks an experienced Hydrovac Operator to drive and operate hydrovac trucks, excavating underground utilities and structures with a focus on safety and efficiency. The role requires yellow safety gear, precise paperwork, and teamwork on varied shifts.

Ideal candidates have a Class B CDL with appropriate endorsements, pass physicals and background checks, and are ready for flexible hours including some nights and weekends. Outdoor work in all weather is expected.

Qualifications

• CDL Class B with Airbrake and Tanker Endorsement required.
• Pre-employment physical required.
• Background check and safety verification required.
• Pre-employment drug screen required.

Responsibilities

• Drive to job sites to excavate, load, dig, break rocks or debris.
• Operate hydrovac equipment to excavate underground utilities and structures.
• Maintain and inspect hydrovac truck and equipment.
• Complete paperwork promptly and legibly per policies.
• Monitor water levels and ensure equipment is in good working order.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and procedures.
