Badger Infrastructure Solutions is seeking a Hydrovac Operator in Albuquerque, NM. You will operate hydrovac equipment using high-pressure water and vacuum systems to dig precisely and uncover utilities for construction projects.

A strong safety mindset and physical stamina are essential. Compensation starts at $28.00 per hour with opportunities for pay increases and career advancement based on experience and performance.

Qualifications

• Must have CDL Class A or B.
• CPR/First Aid, Fall Protection and OSHA 10 preferred.
• Experience driving a manual transmission (10-18 speed) preferred.
• Able to lift, push, pull 50+ pounds and endure manual labor in varying weather.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.
• Hydrovac equipment experience or related industrial experience preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Operate hydrovac equipment to dig with high-pressure water and vacuum systems.
• Uncover utilities and contribute to construction projects with safe excavation.
• Maintain safety standards and readiness for varied weather conditions.
• Support team with essential infrastructure work on-site.
