Job summary

Zemba Companies is seeking a Hydrovac Operator to operate company assets and ensure safe, efficient completion of hydro excavation projects for residential and commercial clients in Ohio. The role requires CDL Class B with Tanker endorsement, DOT fitness, and strong teamwork and communication skills.

You will perform pre/post-shift inspections, maintain logs, follow job orders, and travel to sites as needed.

Qualifications

• CDL Class B with Tanker Endorsement required or ability to obtain.
• DOT medical card required.
• Strong organizational, communication and problem-solving skills essential.
• Team-oriented with ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate hydrovac equipment on residential and commercial projects.
• Perform daily pre- and post-shift vehicle inspections; report deficiencies.
• Maintain truck logs in compliance with regulations.
• Communicate with dispatch and field supervisor to follow routing and changes.
• Travel to job sites as needed and complete hydro excavation tasks.
