Job summary

Martin Construction is actively seeking Hydrovac Operators in Williston, ND. This field-based role involves operating specialized hydrovac trucks in potentially extreme weather and hazardous environments. CDL is preferred, and prior hydrovac or oilfield experience is a plus.

Expect full-time hours with extended shifts and outdoor work. OSHA 10 certification and ability to pass drug/background checks are required or must be obtainable within 30 days.

Qualifications

• Operate hydrovac trucks safely and professionally.
• OSHA 10 certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days.
• CDL-A preferred, CDL-B acceptable.
• Able to pass pre-employment drug and background screening.
• Comfortable with manual labor and hazardous work conditions.
• Physically able to perform strenuous tasks and long hours.

Responsibilities

• Operate hydrovac trucks in field-based hydro excavation work.
• Work extended shifts in potentially extreme weather.
• Maintain safety protocols and report hazards.
• Standout: hydrovac experience.
• HAZWOPER / H2S / Confined Space or First Aid training.
• Familiarity with utility line exposure, trenching, and debris removal.
