Job summary

Badger Infrastructure Solutions is seeking a Hydrovac Operator to expertly use high-pressure water and vacuum systems to excavate and reveal utilities for a range of construction projects.

You will work in a safety-focused team, with union wages and benefits discussed directly with the Branch Manager. Must hold CDL, be at least 21, and be willing to travel up to 25%.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Class A or B CDL.
• CPR/First Aid, Fall Protection and OSHA 10 certification preferred.
• Experience driving a manual transmission (10-18 speed) preferred.
• Ability to work variable shifts with extended hours.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.
• Lift/push/pull 50+ pounds and endure manual labor in varying weather.
• Prior hydrovac equipment operations or related experience preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years old.

What We\'re Looking For:

• Must have a valid Class A or B CDL

• Experience driving a manual transmission (10-18 speed) without automatic restrictions (preferred)
• Ability to work variable shifts with extended hours
• Must be willing to travel up to 25%
• Must be able to lift, push, pull 50+ pounds and have the physical stamina for manual labor in varying weather conditions
• Prior hydrovac equipment operations or related industrial experience preferred
• Must be at least 21 years of age
